The British Standards Institution (BSI) might not be the most exciting sounding organisation in the world, but it is an important one.

Founded in 1901, the non-profit group operates under a Royal Charter and is responsible for setting national standards ranging from financial services to medical devices.

And now it is taking an interest in modern methods of construction.
