Dear readers,
This week marks the first birthday of Modular Monitor (as I’m sure you’ve all realised).
Here at MM Towers (my home office) we are marking the occasion with a bottle of carbon neutral Champagne, delivered in an air-tight timber box by carrier pigeon. Naturally.
But, birthdays are often a time for reflection and in that vein, there’s a change coming to Modular Monitor.
Up until this point, I have offered Modular Monitor as a free service. It started as a lockdown project, which has happily blossomed.
However, from now on access will be through a (very reasonable) paid-for subscription.
The good news is - there’s an early bird offer continuing for the next 48 hours - meaning you can grab a subscription at a 25% discount.
If you’ve enjoyed the service so far, you can skip the next bit and pay for a subscription by hitting the button below (note: if you sign up for a year, you get an extra saving):
If you need convincing, here’s what you’ll get for your money:
Independent, authoritative, well-researched journalism on the MMC/modular/offsite housing sector delivered straight to your inbox every fortnight
News, interviews with key players, thought-provoking comment
Inspiration through curated insight and think-pieces
Occasional extra posts
You can get a feel for what you’ll get by having a look at the Modular Monitor archive here
Ultimately, the more of you that sign up, the more I will be able to offer. Either way, I will do my best to give you your money’s worth over the course of the year.
Any questions or suggestions on topics you’d like me to cover, feel free to drop me a line at: james@modularmonitor.co.uk
Thanks and hopefully see you on the other side,
James
